Introduction
Should human beings live their life by being an Optimist, Pessimist, or a Realist? Each one is a completely different belief. Everybody has there on opinions. My belief is that being a Realist is the best choice. I believe this because if you try to be Optimistic you will always get yourself let down, if you’re Pessimistic then you will never feel the true feeling of being happy. But being Realistic you’re going to believe in what you know is the truth. An example would be Christianity. Optimistic people who are Christians will most likely believe that it is all true. Pessimistic people will probably believe that it is all a lie. However, realistic people will just state the truth, there is no proof, and therefore we do not know. So think to yourself, is being realistic healthier for the mind? William Arthur Ward once said, “The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.”
